Munich, located at the river Isar in the south of Bavaria, has an amazing cultural scene which is second to none in Germany, with the museums even considered by some to outrank Berlin in quality. Many travelers to Munich are absolutely stunned by the quality of the architecture. Although it was heavily damaged by allied bombing during World War II, many of its historic buildings have been rebuilt and the city center appears mostly as it did in the late 1800s including its largest church, the Frauenkirche, and the famous city hall (Neues Rathaus).

Cities in 4K was not only amazed by the beauties of Munich, but also by the cultural life and the city as a centre of business, engineering, research and tourism.

Many of the most important sightseeing places are located in the old town, Altstadt. The most popular, of course, is the Gothic New City Hall called “Neues Rathaus”. Others are, the old town hall – Feldherrenhalle, Nationaltheater, Residenz, Hofbräuhaus am Platzl, Frauenkirche, Peterskirche, Isartor, Karlstor, Sendlinger Tor, Marienplatz, Karlsplatz and more.

Palaces, museums, churches and other architectural important buildings are not the only thing you can enjoy in Munich. This city is also very attractive due a lot of parks and gardens in the middle of the city. If you want to take a break from the trouble, the Englischer Garten, Olympiapark, Botanischer Garten, Ostpark, Westpark and more, will be a great choice.

We hope you will enjoy our trip through Munich in 4K resolution and decide to visit this amazing city. It´s totally worth it.
